(“Datrix” or the “Company“), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN code IT000546837), at the head of an international AI-powered ecosystem, leveraging the empowering value of Artificial Intelligence announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations, the calendar of corporate events for the year 2025.

Any changes to the calendar will be communicated in a timely manner.

Date	Event
February 26, 2025	Meeting of the Board of Directors to share consolidated economic and financial data for the financial year ending December 31, 2024 (unaudited consolidated data).
March 27, 2025	Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 and approval of the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2024.
May 7, 2025	Shareholders’ Meeting, in first call, to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2024.
May 8, 2025	Shareholders’ Meeting, in second call, for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2024.
July 24, 2025	Meeting of the Board of Directors to share consolidated economic and financial data for the six months ended June 30, 2025 (unaudited consolidated data).
September 30, 2025	Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the consolidated half-yearly financial report as at June 30, 2025, voluntarily subjected to a limited audit by the auditing company.
