(“Datrix” or the “Company”), an international group based in Milan and listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN code IT000546837) that develops Artificial Intelligence solutions and applications to accelerate data-driven growth of companies through highly specialized tech companies, announces that today the slates received by the Company for the appointment of the members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors on which the Shareholders’ Meeting convened for 8 May 2024 is called to deliberate, together with the candidates’ curricula vitae, declarations and attestations required by law, were made available to the public at its registered office, on the Company’s website at the following address https://investors.datrixgroup.com/en/assemblee-e-documenti-assembleari/ and on the website www.borsaitaliana.it.

Renewal of the Board of Directors

The slates received by the Company are no. 1 and, in particular:

Slate No. 1 submitted by FMC GROWTH S.r.l., which holds a 41.51% interest in the share capital of Datrix. The slate of candidates as a Board Member of the Board of Directors is composed as follows:

We also inform that as of today, no other slates have been submitted for the appointment of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors

The Company has received No. 1 slates, specifically:

Slate No. 1 submitted by FMC GROWTH S.r.l., which holds 41.51% of Datrix’s share capital. The slate of candidates for the office of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors is composed as follows:
