Update to the 2025 Corporate Events Calendar

Milan, December 10, 2025 — Datrix S.p.A. (“Datrix” or the “Company”), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker: DATA.MI – ISIN IT00054683) and the first international ecosystem of Artificial Intelligence software companies, announces an update to its 2025 corporate events calendar.

Accordingly, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulation, the calendar of corporate events relating to fiscal year 2025 is updated as follows:

DATE	EVENT
December 15, 2025	Board of Directors meeting to share certain consolidated financial data as of September 30, 2025 (consolidated data not subject to audit).

The Company also announces that during the Board meeting on December 15, 2025, the Company’s management will present the new strategic guidelines of the Datrix Group relating to the evolution of the AdTech sector.

At 4:00 PM CET on December 15, 2025, Datrix will organize a conference call with investors to illustrate the key elements of the Datrix Group’s strategies. Details for participating in the conference call will be communicated subsequently.
