How can AI help companies anticipate people’s needs and build more effective employee welfare?
This was the focus of the contribution by Fabrizio Milano d’Aragona, CEO and co-founder of Datrix, at the WOBI Members Event dedicated to Wellbeing & Performance, hosted by BNP Paribas on 8 October at Torre Diamante in Milan.
From reactive to predictive welfare
In conversation with Stefano Colasanti, Head of WellMakers by BNP Paribas, the discussion centred on the shift from a welfare model that responds to needs to one capable of anticipating them: reading signals, understanding needs and making services available at the moment they can make a difference.
AI can contribute to this change by putting data at the service of wellbeing. It is a journey that requires trust, privacy protection and transparency, in order to turn predictive capabilities into clear insights and concrete actions.
Special thanks to Stefano Colasanti for the opportunity and the exchange of ideas, and to WOBI and WellMakers by BNP Paribas for creating a space for dialogue on the future of wellbeing in organisations.
