Gianluca Rossi joins Datrix as new CFO: focus on growth and M&A

We are pleased to welcome Gianluca Rossi, the new Chief Financial Officer of Datrix, to the team.

With over 20 years of experience in the finance sector and solid expertise gained in M&A operations, corporate governance, and strategic control, Gianluca joins Datrix after serving as CFO at Relatech S.p.A., actively contributing to the company’s development and listing.

His appointment represents a fundamental step in the expansion strategy of our ecosystem of B2B software companies, enhanced by vertical Artificial Intelligence solutions and oriented toward generating measurable value for industrial, financial, and technological enterprises.

A new asset for the Group’s growth

In a moment of strong acceleration for Datrix, Gianluca’s arrival strengthens the Group’s managerial structure with the aim of consolidating financial governance processes, accompanying internationalization, and leading extraordinary external growth operations.

In support of this strategy, Giuseppe Venezia – formerly the Group’s CFO – now takes on the role of Head of Corporate Development, with responsibility for new acquisitions and industrial and technological synergies. His experience will be crucial in strengthening the scouting, integration, and valorization activities of the companies that will become part of the Datrix ecosystem.
