Marika Savarese awarded at Tecnovisionarie® 2025 in the Artificial Intelligence category

We are proud to announce that Marika Savarese, PhD, Head of Tech Innovation at Aramix (Datrix | Embrace the AI Challenge), has received the prestigious International Tecnovisionarie® Award 2025 – promoted by Women&Tech® – Association of Women and Technologies – ETS – in the Artificial Intelligence category.
The award, granted to women who have distinguished themselves for their vision, ethics, and impact in the field of technological innovation, has reached its nineteenth edition this year. Selected from over 70 candidates from all over Italy, Marika was awarded for her multidisciplinary career path and pioneering contribution to the evolution of AI applied to industry.
With a background in quantum chemistry and solid experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and predictive analytics, Marika now leads advanced research activities at Aramix, a deep-tech company within the Datrix Group, developing solutions that integrate Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing to improve the reliability and efficiency of industrial processes.
Her vision translates into concrete projects capable of generating measurable impacts in key sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and transportation, contributing to building what we at Datrix call the “AI of Doing”: a technology at the service of business competitiveness and social progress.
This award also represents a strong message about the importance of female leadership in STEM sectors: according to the “Women and Innovation” Observatory by Women&Tech, less than 20% of senior positions in the technological field are held by women. Figures like Marika, with their commitment and vision, contribute not only to closing this gap but also to transforming the culture of innovation into an inclusive, ethical, and sustainable engine.
“An example of excellence and inspiration”, as emphasized by Gianna Martinengo, founder of the award, during the official ceremony held in Milan. “Marika embodies the future of Artificial Intelligence: scientific rigor, a systemic approach, and a strong sense of social responsibility.”
Datrix congratulates Marika on this milestone that enhances the entire innovation ecosystem in which we operate and confirms our commitment to promoting a meritocratic culture, where skills and vision can be fully expressed, regardless of gender.
