Michele Compare appointed Chief Technology Officer of Datrix Group: strategic guidance for AI Infusion and technological innovation

Datrix is pleased to announce the appointment of Michele Compare as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Group, with the aim of implementing the technological strategy set out in the industrial plan.
Already CTO of Aramix, the Group’s deep tech company focused on deeptech solutions for the efficiency of industrial and business processes, Michele will now also lead the development of the Datrix AI Tech Stack, ensuring full integration between the Group’s technological platforms and effective governance of advanced research and development projects.

Technical leadership to accelerate AI Infusion
In his new role, Michele will aim to enhance AI Infusion within all the Group’s companies, highlighting the application of artificial intelligence in the most strategic business contexts: from data monetization to the optimization of industrial and business processes, up to the development of predictive and autonomous solutions.
Between Disruptive Research and Frontier Engineering
With an outstanding scientific background – a degree in mechanical engineering from the Federico II University of Naples, a PhD in nuclear engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, both with honors – Michele has extensive experience in leading R&D teams and developing deep-tech technologies.
He has held technical leadership roles in leading organizations in the field of Decision Intelligence and predictive analysis applied to industry, medicine, and risk management. These include: CEO and project leader at DIDO, R&D Head at Witapp for AI solutions in medical imaging, and project manager at Renrisk for the development of industrial monitoring systems based on artificial intelligence.
A high-performance Tech Stack for scalable AI
Under his direction, Datrix will invest in building a proprietary technological infrastructure, the Datrix AI Tech Stack, designed to ensure scalability, performance, and speed in the adoption of AI-based solutions by the Group’s customers. A key asset to support our roadmap of innovation and differentiation in the market.
A solid bridge between Research and Business
“Michele’s appointment represents a further strengthening of our integrated approach to innovation: a bridge between scientific excellence and the concrete application of AI in industrial and corporate contexts,” comments Fabrizio Milano d’Aragona, CEO of Datrix. “With Michele in technological coordination, Datrix consolidates its position as a reference point for useful, scalable, and sustainable Artificial Intelligence.”
