Milan, 29 September 2026 – The Board of Directors of Datrix S.p.A. (“Datrix” or the “Company”), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ISIN code IT0005468357) and an international ecosystem of vertical Artificial Intelligence software companies, met today and reviewed and approved the consolidated half-year financial report as at 30 June 2026, prepared in accordance with Italian accounting standards.
The results for the first half of 2026 reflect a market phase in which companies are moving from experimentation to the concrete deployment of artificial intelligence in their business processes. Having recognised the transformative potential of these technologies, companies are now facing the complexity of integrating them into their processes, platforms and organisations. In this context, Datrix positions itself as a partner able both to meet specific needs with vertical solutions and to orchestrate the entire AI systems value chain efficiently and sustainably.
Companies’ adoption and investment decisions require more in-depth assessments not only of technological aspects, but also of organisational and compliance aspects, and Datrix supports businesses on these from the earliest stages. This process is lengthening sales cycles, but at the same time it creates the conditions for building trust and long-term relationships, as confirmed by the clients who are already making this transition with us. This strengthens our role as a technology partner, with positive effects on the outlook for backlog development.
Over the coming months, Datrix also aims to extend this approach to a wider audience, including SMEs, through partnerships with consulting firms close to entrepreneurs. Combining our technological expertise with their understanding of business needs makes the AI adoption journey more accessible.
— Fabrizio Milano d’Aragona, CEO and co-founder of the Datrix Group
Operating Performance as at 30 June 2026
Consolidated Net Revenues1 amounted to €5.0 million, compared with €5.9 million in the first half of 2025.
In terms of the performance and breakdown of the Datrix Group’s net revenues as at 30 June 2026:
- the AI for Data Monetization line, which accounts for 83% of the total, recorded revenues of €3.9 million, compared with €4.6 million in the first half of 2025. The MarTech segment generated revenues of €2.9 million, up 8% on 1H2025 (€2.7 million). The AdTech segment stood at €1.0 million (€1.9 million in 1H2025). This result reflects the selective divestment of low-margin legacy activities in the AdTech segment initiated in 2025 and the repositioning towards an AI-powered data curation and enrichment model, which involved a complete reorganisation of the management structure, enabling the development of a new growth plan targeting premium publishers.
- the AI for Industrial & Business Processes line, which accounts for 17% of the total, recorded revenues of €0.8 million, down 23% from €1.1 million in the first half of 2025. In this area, the Group focused its commercial activity on expanding its client base through the signing of multi-year agreements that ensure backlog growth for activities to be carried out between the second half of 2026 and 2027.
Consolidated Other Revenues, which include the portion pertaining to the period of grants received under funded R&D projects and R&D tax credits (Law 160/2019 as amended by Law 178/2020), amounted to €0.3 million, up on 1H2025 (€0.2 million).
Consolidated Revenue Breakdown
| (€ mln) | 1H2026 Net* | 1H2025 Net* | 1H2025 Reported |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consolidated revenues | 5.0 | 5.9 | 8.4 |
| AI for Industrial & BP | 0.8 | 1.1 | 1.1 |
| AI for Data Monetization | 3.9 | 4.6 | 7.1 |
| MarTech | 2.9 | 2.7 | 2.7 |
| AdTech | 1.0 | 1.9 | 4.4 |
| Tot. business lines | 4.7 | 5.7 | 8.2 |
| Other revenues | 0.3 | 0.2 | 0.2 |
In the first half of 2026, the Datrix Group recorded reported consolidated revenues from core operations of approximately €5.0 million (€8.4 million in the first half of 2025), with a Value of Production of approximately €6.2 million, compared with approximately €9.4 million in the same period of the previous year.
Consolidated operating costs amounted to €5.8 million, compared with €8.4 million in the first half of 2025, a reduction of €2.6 million. This reflects the new strategic repositioning of the business, as described above for revenues, and the continued internal reorganization carried out by management on the Group’s operating and overhead cost structure.
Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA2 amounted to approximately €0.5 million, compared with approximately €1.0 million in the first half of 2025, while the EBITDA margin decreased from 11% to 9%. This decline is not attributable to the profitability of the business lines, which remains solid and on a growth trajectory, but rather to the weight of central costs on a smaller revenue base.
The consolidated Net Result amounted to €-1.3 million, compared with €-1.2 million in 1H2025.
Liquidity and investment activities
The Net Financial Position as at 30 June 2026 amounted to €3.8 million, compared with €2.5 million (net debt) as at 30 June 2025 and €2.4 million (net debt) as at 31 December 2025. In the first half of 2026, the financial position reflects non-recurring expenses, legal fees and extraordinary costs related to the Group’s reorganisation totalling approximately €0.4 million.
The Net Working Capital amounted to €0.6 million (€-0.02 million as at 31 December 2025).
Business outlook
For the remainder of the year, the Group expects a progressive consolidation of its position as a partner for the informed and concrete adoption of Artificial Intelligence. In response to growing demand from businesses for support, Datrix has launched a programme of commercial alliances with consulting firms, which will support the company in offering process transformation activities. Compared with the past, this evolution entails longer average sales cycles, but at the same time leads to engagements with a broader and deeper scope of activities, with prospects for backlog development and revenue growth.

In particular:
- Distribution partnerships, Datrix and Fair Play Consulting, an independent strategic consulting and business engineering firm, signed a strategic partnership to guide Italian companies in adopting Artificial Intelligence and transforming their operating models; Bytek joined the Cloud Ready – BigQuery programme after meeting the requirements for the BI, ML and Advanced Analytics category. - Multi-year contracts in the AI for Industrial & Business Processes line: in 2026 Aramix concluded new agreements with KLN Project, a provider of integrated solutions supporting the delivery of large-scale Oil & Gas projects; Pitagora, a financial intermediary specialising in salary- and pension-backed loans (cessione del quinto); and Femo Gas, a leading player in the design and management of biomethane production plants.
- Agreements in the AI for Data Monetization line: in 2026 Navla concluded and renewed agreements with Volkswagen, to support the Brand in developing a strategy aimed at strengthening its relevance in the new digital search ecosystem; L’Oréal Italia, which renewed its Search and Digital Intelligence collaboration for three years; and the Nestlé Group in Italy, which renewed its Search Intelligence and Data Strategy collaboration for 2026-2027.

The Index is part of PMI2Change, Banca Generali’s innovative project that aims to support the growth and competitiveness of Italian entrepreneurs by fostering the development of Italian listed SMEs. Building on the Index, Banca Generali, together with Investlinx and Intermonte, has launched a new actively managed, PIR-compliant ETF that will invest mainly in the universe defined by the Index itself.
- Research activities, Aramix will coordinate the RENDITA project (REsilient Network through DIgital Twin Applications), funded by the Italian Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (MASE).
